About Us

TherapyTime Pediatrics has been committed to assisting children in achieving their personal best for over 20 years in the same location in midtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. Operating independently from outside business owners or corporations, Lanette DeCelle (Senior Physical Therapist) opened the clinic to ensure that our patients receive genuine care with their best interest at heart – not profit. As our testimonials prove, our clinic operates under a patient-first mindset and is dedicated to the betterment of those we treat.

Our families receive the best possible care and consideration, and we are committed to assisting patients to the best of our ability, providing outside resources and care when needed. Our decades of presence in our community has led to personal connections with other helpful professionals and programs, and has established valuable relationships. As we have done for over 20 years, we will continue to advocate for your child, provide them with outstanding care, and help them achieve their personal best.

Lanette DeCelle, Senior PT

Lanette DeCelle grew up in Bixby, Oklahoma, the third generation of her family to do so. She worked at Eastern Oklahoma Orthopedic Center where she developed her interest in being a pediatric physical therapist. She then attended the University of Oklahoma, Norman campus, then graduated from The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC) in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. After this, Lanette spent one year in the Oklahoma City area at a specialty hospital to gain experience in wound care, geriatrics, and cardiac care before returning to the Tulsa area to begin her pediatric career in 1992.

She began working with pediatrics at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, treating inpatient NICU and PICU patients, and worked in multiple counties for SoonerStart for many years, including both before and after developing TherapyTime, LLC. Lanette continued to work in the pediatric field as a self-employed PT in varied school systems. After this, she became a founding member of TherapyTime, LLC and co-owner of TherapyTime Pediatrics.

Lanette is privileged to work with many physicians as they complete OU and OSU medical school. She continues to attend many continuing education courses and conferences, including the American Academy of Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine’s (AACPDM) annual conference, and is certified in many areas – including being NPT certified and a Cascade DAFO certified clinician for casting and fitting orthotics. She recently attended the Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) course, as well as the Developmental, Individual-differences, and Relationship-based mode (DIR Floortime) continuing education course, both in 2022.

We are proud to welcome Physical Therapist Kathryn Castellow, PT, CHT, and Physical Therapist Assistant Maria Davila Gonzalez, PTA, both joining Lanette and Alison Ramm, PTA, in August 2022!
