Amber is currently enrolled at Northeastern State University Broken Arrow for special education. She also enjoys figure skating and hopes to use her degree to teach special education children about the joys of ice skating.

Lanette DeCelle, PT

Lanette graduated from The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. She was initially employed at Deaconess Hospital in OKC for one year of geriatrics and wound care before beginning her pediatric career in 1992 at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa where she worked with inpatients, including NICU and PICU, and outpatients, including SoonerStart. Lanette continued to work in the pediatric field as a self-employed PT in varied school systems and for SoonerStart in multiple counties. She was a founding member of TherapyTime, LLC and co-owner of TherapyTime Pediatrics. She continues to attend many continuing education courses including the American Academy of Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine's (AACPDM) annual conference and is certified in many, including being NDT certified in pediatrics and being certified as a Cascade DAFO clinician for casting and fitting orthotics.

Chelsea Randell Edens, PTA

Chelsea graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Tulsa Community College in 2014 with an Associates’ Degrees in Applied Science. While in the PTA program she trained for specialization in pediatrics. Chelsea began her career at Summit Physical Therapy in Claremore, Ok working in outpatient orthopedics, then in Home Health with Green Country Rehab before joining TherapyTime Pediatrics in February of 2016.

Monica Messmer-Tunnell, PT

Monica graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. She began her PT career in Broken Arrow Medical Center then worked from 1995 to 2005 at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa, in NICU, PICU, inpatient, and outpatient areas. She taught classes as a certified Infant Massage Instructor while there. In the many continuing education courses she attends, The American Academy of Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine's (AACPDM) annual conference is always a favorite. She is certified as a Cascade DAFO clinician for casting/fitting for orthotics  and in Kinesiotaping. Monica joined TherapyTIme in 2005 and is co-owner of TherapyTime Pediatrics.

Lorisa Nesterenko, PTA

Lorisa, who goes by Lori, graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Tulsa Community College in 2015 with an Associates’ Degrees in Applied Science with honor’s certificate. She also took a 6 month course in Pediatric Population along with a pediatric internship. Lori was inspired to become a PTA due to having a nephew born with special needs.

Therapy Time Pediatrics is happy to welcome Cathy Ross, Speech Language Pathologist to our team.
Cathy graduated from University of Oklahoma in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders and from the University of Arkansas in 1999 with a Master of Science degree in Speech Pathology.  She has worked across all settings.  Starting her career in long term care for adults and moving to Pediatrics.  She owned a private speech therapy clinic, was contracted by a national Augmentative Communication company, worked with early intervention, and the public schools.  Cathy has experience evaluating and treating a variety of communicative disorders in children with a variety of diagnoses as well as in typically developing children.  Cathy specializes in the following areas:

  • Articulation & Phonology
  • Receptive/Expressive Language
  • Social Language/Pragmatics
  • Augmentative/Alternative Communication
  • Feeding and Oral Motor Therapy

Kelsey Shull, DPT

Kelsey is originally from Texas. She grew up close to the Louisiana border. She graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2013, and graduated from the University of Texas with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016. She completed an internship at Cook Children’s in Texas. She is dedicated to performing advocacy work promoting physical therapy. She attended the APTA’s Federal Advocacy Forum in Washington D.C. three different times. She is an APTA and TPTA member

Wendy Smith, PT

Wendy attended Baylor University and then graduated from UT Southwestern Health Science Center in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. She began her pediatric career immediately at the Child Study Center in Fort Worth, TX. Her work in pediatrics continued as she took on a private home care practice and later, worked for Therapy 2000. She also became a certified Kindermusic® instructor, and more recently taught elementary and high school music as well as upper level science courses at Grace Preparatory Academy in Arlington, TX. Wendy highly values the hands on, educational, and relational aspects of pediatric physical therapy and enjoys treating a wide variety of patients. She serves on the board of directors of Connected Kids, a nonprofit organization equipping families to nurture kids from hard places. She is married to Mark Smith and together they have three daughters in college and a son in high school.

Cali Thompson, PTA

Cali graduated Salutatorian from the Southwestern Oklahoma State University PTA program in June 2015. She worked for Excel Therapy Specialists prior to joining TherapyTime Pediatrics in March 2016. She loves being active and working with the children.

Rachel graduated from The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Tulsa , in 1995 with a Master Degree in Physical Therapy. Rachel began working in pediatrics in Claremore before joining TherapyTime Pediatrics in 2008. She is certified as a Cascade DAFO clinician for casting/fitting of orthotics and has attended courses including Theories in Motor Learning and Motor Control and and Minimally Invasive Treatment Methods for Cerebral Palsy.
